Verkaranta and Tammerkoski downstream power plant in Tampere Finland

We designed facade lighting for a power plant and old dyeing building called Verkaranta at the downstream of Tammerkoski rapid in Finland. Both buildings are part of the national landscape and the facade lighting brings those buildings to be a part of the night time view in the city. Right next to the buildings is Vuolteentori square which have been awarded as an environmental structure of the year. We designed lighting for the square and together these three things create a beautiful cityspace near by the water.
